WWJDHow many of us know the meaning behind the acronym? Probably quite a few.

For me, it doesn’t mean “Who Wants Jelly Doughnuts” even though that sounds pretty good.

You see this acronym on so may t-shirts and bracelets everywhere and I am even hearing the reference to it in movies more and more. We can all where t-shirts and look down at our wrist to be reminded and inspired to act like Jesus but how many of us react like He would just by looking at four letters? It is more than wearing a Nascar t-shirt because you really do love racing and sit in front of the television every Sunday. Or the NFL team jersey where again you will dedicate hours on Sunday to fly your colors and root for the team. Those are the easy wardrobe choices. Those are the ones where anyone seeing you wearing the shirt or jersey knows where your heart is but you may not be looked at for your actions or decisions (or maybe depending on your team of choice).

Put on something with WWJD and you are now challenged more than ever on the inside and out. You are saying you are a follower of Jesus and look to Him to guide your choices throughout your life and to show others how we are taught to behave.

Your Sundays become about Christ who died for us and the day of Sabbath is honored.

Your actions become WIWD (What I Will Do) based on WWJD.

Brian, it is fantastic to see you happy in the Lord, with a new Bride and a new family.
Looking at your wedding photos it hard to believe how your children have grown up to be such good looking children.
I like your music, I was not even aware that you even played a guitar outside of being so talented.
It’s great that you’re so involved in your church, it does make a difference in your family life as well as your personal life.

    God Bless
    Jim Garbett

      Hello Jim,

Sorry for such a late response. I haven’t been on WordPress since my last post and the Lord has definitely renewed my mind and life. Jules and I started our journey together meeting at church and we have let God guides us ever since and what an amazing journey it has been.

The kids do grow up fast don’t they and I am blessed to have them.

I hope all is well with you and your family and would love to stay in touch.
